Yes, they are SOLID GOLD! They are not painted!

How did I get them? This year at BrickFest in Portland, Oregon, I had the pleasure of meeting Fred Zitek, the father of the owner of Polis Massa Supply Dock, my supplier of choice for the LEGO minifig parts I use to make my custom minifigs.

Fred owns an operates Excel Dental lab. Inc in Oregon and was gracious enough to take some of my plastic weapons back to his lab and create (actually the term is "invest") these one of a kind solid gold weapons.

The SW500 Magnum pistol and M67 grenade are white gold, while the PPK and PPK Tactical are yellow gold. Check out that shine on the grenade. You can actually see yourself in its reflection!
